Lovely wedding celebration
We had our wedding reception here in the function room. The room, decor and food was lovely. Liene and Ruya were really helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you!
Be the first to ReplyDisappointing
Arrived at 2015, 2145 still awaiting mains and some service for a drink.. Starter was cold but was also tasty. First visit and possibly the last for the expense and service recieved.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic night
I'd arrange a night at the case for my team of 26 people and it did not disappoint. Food was fantastic, service was great. Fully informed by David the whole way through the process from arranging menus to the seating plan. Everyone had a fantastic night!
Would 100% recommend and will be looking here for our next function.
Lovely 40th Birthday Celebrations
I had use of the lovely private dining room for my 40th Birthday. Excellent evening. Fab Food, Fab Service and a wonderful atmosphere. Professionally organised pre event with David and hosted beautifully by Alicia and Faith.
Considering it was valentines weekend and they had a busy restaurant downstairs, nothing could be faulted.
Definitely worth a visit.
The champagne bar downstairs is also fab and a lovely spot for a romantic drink
Saturday dinner
Faultless food and service. I would definitely recommend eating here if you visit Leicester city centre. Complements to the whole restaurant team.
Be the first to ReplyBrilliant (again and again)
The wife and I were on a stop-over in Leicester and booked to eat at the Case Restaurant which is one of our favourites. Lovely setting, great views and more importantly the food always tastes so fresh. We generally try something different on each visit and are never disappointed. Great work guys!
Be the first to ReplyExtraordinary food
I first visited this place many years ago and it had a unique style. After a long absence we were glad to see that the food was uniquely creative and beautifully prepared. We will not wait as long before we re visit next time.
Be the first to ReplyExperts in Sales Prevention
My friends and I have been visiting this champagne bar for the last 15 years. It has become a cult part of our annual get together. Each time we spend hundreds of pounds on champagne. This year we came and I approached the bar, politely, and Asked for the champagne menu as we would normally order several bottles of Grande Annee. The young student barmaid behind the bar refused to serve us as we were ‘too large a group’ being 7 of us. I said it was no problem as we were happy to drink outside where there were spare tables but she refused to budge her position and instead took the stance of being more committed to being right as if on some significance driven Power Trip. As someone who travels the world teaching customer service this was a blatant example of how to create a brand terrorist instead of a raving fan. Clearly the owner of the bar has no idea they are employing experts in sales prevention. This experience alone has cost them thousands of pounds in future business.
Be the first to ReplyLovely cocktail bar and restaurant for a special occasion
Visited for a birthday celebration. Cocktails at the bar and a meal in the restaurant. Good choice of vegan options but not particularly adventurous (falafels were lovely but not different to other eateries). Pleasant friendly staff. 6pm sitting meant the atmosphere was lacking as too quiet. Nice view out of window onto the City below. Decor looked a bit tired.
Be the first to ReplyNice Staff , poor decor
Really nice staff ( lady with the green hair ) . Could do with a bit of redecorating. Cheap candle holder , cheap glasses would like to have better when paying £92 for Ruinart .
Seats a bit worn , generally looks tired .
