The Cheesecake Factory Los Angeles Reviews from The Last Year
Everything I ate was delicious.
Cheesecake is already great. The tables outside are very pleasant for dining. The waiters are also fast and polite, but sometimes the tables can be dirty
Friendly
We got a table outside like we asked, because inside they keep it to cold. Outside they put us next to the only fan that was still working, we asked to turn it off, but was not possible, therefore we changed from table. The table itself seems clean until i went over it with my napkin, same for the seats, look at the picture of my napkin. We confronted the manager about it at said that short on staff. If you are short on staff you keep sections closed. You can serve the best food in the world, but on a dirty plate or table its no good. I felt definitely as a customer and not as a guest. We ate our pizza that we ordered and left, the pizza was good.
Waiting is so bad!!! I was told 15mins only, then called us
Waiting is so bad!!! I was told 15mins only, then called us after 30mins then at upstairs reception, another 30mins waiting and I was with senior citizen and standing for the whole time, no consideration

Britt F needs to go back into training.
I usually love this place and decided to bring my family visiting from Australia here before they went home. Long story short. Our server Britt F forgot to ring in our meals. It was 40 minutes before we flagged her down to ask about the food in which she told us she had to take a new tables order, greet another then she'd check. It's wild to me that she hadn't noticed prior that our table was empty. She came back another 20 minutes later and said the computer had glitched and it was now being fast tracked. Though she was really lovely the huge lack of care was what got me. The only time she was quick on anything was when it was time to present us with our $140 bill. As a server myself I always tip but a zero was warranted in this case. Just a little more attention to detail would have changed the situation.
Something about this Cheesecake factory was very impressive.
Me and my partner came in for an evening dinner and I could compliment every aspect starting from the Front desk downstairs to the server we had and even the cleanliness of the women's facility. I have a feeling who ever is in charge is paying attention to the fines details. For example I left my seat for about 5 minutes to use the washroom, within the baby changing stall there were dedicated napkins to place so that the infant can be placed on a clean surface. When I came back I saw that my cloth napkin had been folded and waiting for me when I came back. My original intention for writing this review was to acknowledge our server Paulette, she was genuinely kind and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Unfortunately I saw many individuals around us that aren't kind to our servers anymore but they still seem to keep their heart open and greet us with kindness. This deserves recognition. So thank you to the individuals who serve us in this restaurant and managed to make the evening with my partner a lovely and memorable one. Also im sure this is a given but the food was REALLY good. We got salads and I cant believe how yummy it was! And the portions are Gigantic.
Love this place ! The Ambience is amazing took my husband
Love this place ! The Ambience is amazing took my husband for his birthday and we had a blast! We had reservations and was seated right away! We for served immediately and didn't have to wait more than 14 minutes for our meal. The food was Amazing as so was our waiter . We had only an hour and 15 mins to eat before the movie We ate and had dessert and had time before our movie time and my husband was satisfied .
I went here for lunch today and I wasn't super impressed
I went here for lunch today and I wasn't super impressed with the chicken lettuce cups. They are no longer how they used to be and a super small amount of chicken. The plates were smaller than I expected from the skinny lunch. Menu was great!
Service was really kind and friendly.
The classic strawberry cheesecake was amazing...
These guys are stupid and refused to validate my parking
These guys are stupid and refused to validate my parking ticket.. even after eating there.. I won't be going back and don't suggest people do.
I tried the tamale cakes .
. 10/10 please get it ! Paired with a whisky smash !!! Stopped in at Happy hour today met Raz , you're truly amazing . Chase was an amazing server ! Go lakers !
Our server was friendly.
I went in thinking we were going to have to wait because there were no more reservations available online for 2 people but the hostess said there was no wait and we got seated right away. The lights are very dim in there but that wasn't a problem for us. The tables are pretty close to each other so there were two separate parties sitting very close to us and I prefer to have more space.
This location was beautiful.
First off, you have to make sure you are willing to pay for parking if you are over the validation limit. And as soon as you enter the doors, there's a concierge who takes your party number and then send you up the stairs. There is also an elevator too because there was a lot of stairs to climb if you're not able to. Going down there's an escalator as well. They have an outdoor patio seating which is nice so you can people watch from the second level or they have the regular seating area. It was definitely crowded but all locations are and I would make reservations too if you can. I wouldn't come back only because this location is way too far for me and The Grove parking structure was just too confusing. Everyone in my party was late because it was just so confusing and far for all of them. But i'm glad I got to experience this location. It was beautiful.
The toughest thing about coming to The Cheesecake Factory
The toughest thing about coming to The Cheesecake Factory is the wait, but at this location it feels exceptionally painful. We came with a large group on Friday night and knew we'd have to wait at least an hour during prime time. They quoted us 2 and we ended up waiting 2.5. You should make sure you have someone in the party who is willing to go somewhat early to put your name in and then hang around The Grove to kill time. Also keep in mind that the parking rates at The Grove can definitely add up. They do validate for some portion of time though so be sure to scan your ticket. Once we were seated the service was a bit on the slow side. I ordered the Four Cheese Pasta which has always been way too much food for me so I box half of it up for lunch the next day. It's my favorite dish here and I think one of the best in terms of value. The staff were very kind and they were also able to split our check into multiple splits which we all appreciated.
I have rarely felt compelled to write a Yelp review;
I have rarely felt compelled to write a Yelp review; however, my time at the Cheesecake Factory warrants it. It was a typical Friday night at the restaurant: busy but not unreasonably so. My party waited for a high top in the bar area, and how I wish the waiting would've ended then. Our waiter told us he'd get menus, and that was the last we saw of him for the next 30 minutes. There were zero signs of him after that, or any other workers. I was beginning to wonder if I was a ghost. We inevitably decided to cut our losses and leave. Our waiter showed up and was in disbelief we were going. And how I wish we did. Unfortunately, we decided to go the takeaway counter and pick up some slices of cheesecake to go. What's another 5 min? 20 minutes. It took 20 minutes for them to put our slices into to go boxes (they were already precut). I understand if it's a crazy busy night. But the take out counter was the cherry on top of the cheesecake.
Dissaponted in the appetizer stuffed mushrooms.
Not big enough to stuff These were ordered as pick up. Can't imagine them in presentation on a plate.

The best Chesecake Factory in the entire LA County is this
The best Chesecake Factory in the entire LA County is this one. The ambient is a reminder of Las Vegas's restaurants with paintings on the ceiling and the spacios boots around. It's a Great size restaurant with a beautiful balcony facing the shops and the waterfountain. The quality of the food is always great relative to other Chesecake Factories I have been to. The service is decent, but there are areas of improvement. The price to value ratio is decent.
My boyfriend and I have embarked on a sweet journey to
My boyfriend and I have embarked on a sweet journey to savor the delights of Cheesecake Factory locations far and wide, and let me tell you, this one takes the cake! Amidst the creamy goodness and delightful ambiance, there's one slice of joy that makes each visit extra special - Jake S! Jake's service is as smooth as cheesecake batter, his friendliness as sweet as a caramel drizzle, and his humor as light as whipped cream. He's not just a waiter; he's a dessert connoisseur and a master of hospitality. Thanks to Jake, we find ourselves returning week after week, eager for not just the delectable dishes, but for his warm hospitality that truly sweetens the deal. Jake, you're the cherry on top of our Cheesecake Factory experience!
This Cheesecake Factory joint is the real deal, and let me
This Cheesecake Factory joint is the real deal, and let me tell you, Jake S? He's the magician behind the scenes making it all happen! Now, let's talk food. Their chicken nachos? Oh man, they're like a party in your mouth! Crispy chips, succulent chicken, and melty cheese - it's a flavor explosion you won't forget. Here's a tip: ask Jake S for a side of ranch dressing to take those nachos to heavenly heights. Seriously, it's a game-changer! Swing by, grab those nachos, and let Jake S sprinkle his magic on your dining experience. You'll thank me later!
Daniel S, if you are reading this you are the best, most
Daniel S, if you are reading this you are the best, most wonderful, funniest waiter ever. Me, Lily, Revie, and Bo loved eating here because of you. Daniel S, where can I begin you are twin. Literally. Anyways the food was good I recommend the Godiva Chocolate Sundae. Give Daniel S a raise
Best cheesecake restaurant
This is one of the best places to enjoy truly delicious cheesecake. Los Angeles is one of the most delicious cities in California, but this place is truly one of the best. My son was young at the time and is now older, but I definitely want to go back when he becomes an adult.
Good food choices
To celebrate my 77th birthday, my sister and I had lunch at the Cheesecake Factory in The Grove. Since the weather was beautiful, we sat in the balcony. Liza chose her favorite: Chicken Madeira. I had the Skinnylicious Grilled Salmon. We drank hot Green Tea.
1st visit to The Cheesecake Factory
A wonderful dining experience. We were greeted timely at the arrival and hosted by Paul, he was exceptional and true professional. He was attentive and kept a timely check if we needed anything. The food was scrumptious and perfectly plated and served hot. As it was our first visit, we we delighted with the food and beverage experience. Thanks alot.
Santa Monica Walk Sept 23
We had already tried a chain in San Francisco (the place was located in Union Square) and we liked it so we went without fail. Nice place, good service and food certainly up to par with American cuisine: fabulous cheesecakes... we tasted several, all very good... if you like chocolate, the "godiva" is a must.
Tasty but expensive
Never eaten before and been to America for the 4th time. So this time eating cheesecake. Delicious can't say anything else and a lot. But I thought 80 dollars for just 4 desserts and 4 drinks was a lot. And then pay parking fees. There is also an open shopping mall, but not very special.
The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints!
We have dined at The Cheesecake Factory in Orlando on numerous occasions when on holiday in Florida and have always been pleased with the food and service. Therefore, we decided to try the one in LA and were not disappointed. The food, service and atmosphere were perfect. The staff are clearly rushed off their feet as it proves to be a very busy establishment, but nothing is too much trouble for them. We enjoyed a range of different dishes (and cheesecake, of course!) - all of which were fabulous. The Cheesecake Factory LA, thank you so much! We will be back.
Reliable good meal
My sister and I met for lunch at the Cheesecake Factory in The Grove in Los Angeles. Liza had been craving to have her favorite dish there: Chicken Madeira. I chose the grilled salmon, which came with green beans and asparagus. The portions were large enough, that we had no room for cheesecake! The weather was warm (90+ degrees), so we chose to sit in the balcony.
Family visit to The Grove
Ordered an allergen friendly meal of penne pasta, when it came the pasta was stuck to gather and luke warm. Returned the meal and was asked if we wanted a fresh one or just warmed up. When the fresh one came it had other bits of past in it. For an allergen sufferer this isn’t ideal. They did however refund our whole meal. Toilet disgusting. Bin for paper towels Over flowing onto the floor, staff looked like they couldn’t care less.
