Parking is a challenge
Interesting thing about their prata is that it almost feels like you are eating a very thin slice of crispy pancake. Their gravy is really delicious. Always an adventure trying to find a place to park if you are driving.

Authentic and Singaporeโs breakfast experience. MRT access and 30 minutes from CBD, a fair distance for a discerning traveler to the city state.
Be the first to ReplyNot the best prata for me
When your sign says that you are the best, our expectations are high. It was ok. Not fantastic. The service was transactional but efficient with no smile. The prata was smaller than in other places. No gravy was served.
Be the first to ReplyBest pratha in Singapore!!!
Went here for lunch. Used to be a regular ten years or so ago. Absolutely the best pratha I have ever tasted in Singapore. Extremely reasonably priced. Indoor or pavement seating - love this place.

The quality still intact after my several visits. Crispy prata with or without egg or onion fillings! The curry provided is flavourful and not watery as compare to springleaf. Service is attentive and food is serving fast.. no standing to order but the same waiter been there to take your order thatโs fast and efficient. Ordered the egg onion, egg and plain prata all comes out great. Roti John was ok as prefer more char on the bread. The chicken curry was great and the ginger pull tea was fragrant enough. We ordered less sweet and it really match our order. Restaurant is clean and you can expect fast turn around .

They've got every kind of prata you want, and there's always a crowd here. Convenient prata shop at Thomson.
Be the first to ReplyDo not eat egg prata, poor service
Ordered 5 prata for takeaway but found out that there were only 4 when I reached home. Egg prata was doughy in areas not covered by egg. Worst I have ever eaten
Be the first to ReplyHeavy Breakfast!
Once in a while, it is ok to enjoy a heavy breakfast here at The Roti Prata House. Food is oily but delicious. Service here is inconsistent as I have been here a few times a month. They may forget your orders if the restaurant is full. Their coffee and teh tarik are very popular too. 4 stars!
Be the first to ReplyTaste Good but Oily
You must come here for its crispy prata and nasi briyani. Food is tasty but oily. Hence, not recommended for the health conscious customers.

No wonder Iโm overweight: I canโt get enough of their Curry Chicken Biriyani with a load of poppadoms and a Tea Tarik. Delicious.
Be the first to Replynot as clean but it checks out okay for a late night fix
The service isn't as forthcoming. We had to go up to the cashier to place our order and the drinks took awhile to arrive. Not sure about going there again as the ambience wasn't great. It's right next to the roadside. With the high humidity and traffic going right past as cars parallel park very closeby (feels like barely at an arm's length or two).
Be the first to ReplyThe softest crispiest roti a la eggs Benedict
This joint amps up the celebrated roti by serving it up with mushrooms and cheese to chocolate. We tried the eggs Benedict version. Amazingly crispy necessitating a couple of rounds. Beer enhances the flavour. The femme disagrees.
