The hot spot of the West Village! Amazing drinks and food! my bartender in particular Lana was amazing, can't wait to come back!

I went out for drinks with my boyfriend last Saturday and was having a decent time until the bartender did something really shady. These two guys who ordered a round of drinks with a credit card and tipped the bartender in cash. Apparently, the bartender was not satisfied with the tip he received, so he gave the guys a hard time and called them names. He basically shamed them into giving him a larger tip. After they begrudgingly handed over more money, he called over the security guy to throw them out of the bar. The security guy didn't ask questions. He just tossed them out. I couldn't believe what I had witnessed. My boyfriend and I finished our drinks and left. I will never go back there.

I did not enjoy the food or drink of this establishment after a staff and patron interaction. A woman was pushed by the bouncer who followed up with shouting "I ll F***** YOU UP!" I will pass on that kind of place.
I've left my credit card there 3 times over the years.
Twice it was lost, once it was stolen (presumably by an employee, who then attempted to purchase an iPhone at Apple's Grand Central location). This doesn't say a lot for me, but it certainly doesn't say much for the Spaniard staff.
Absolutely the worst place.
Last Saturday my friends and I went there for a drink. We paid cash $5 for 4 drinks and the bartender was not satisfied with tips (cash). We were thrown out of the place for not satisfying the bartender. We paid for the drinks and never received them.

We live in the Village and stopped in unexpectedly for an early dinner. I have to say the staff are super friendly and attentive. We had great service. It's a bar, but their food is much higher grade than most bars. We got the squash toast (surprisingly yummy), sprouted cauliflower (so good), veggie burger (I am vegan) and my husband got the Caesar salad with chicken ( my husband doesn't like Caesar dressing, he loved the vinaigrette). Love the interior with high ceilings and dark wood. Overall great experience and pleasantly surprised by the food offerings.
I've been here during the day and at night.
Two completely different experiences. The daytime I'd give a 3.5 but night I'd give a 2.5 so felt 3 was fair. The line at this place in the evening is not worth it, it's packed inside (shoulder to shoulder), and it's miserable to get a drink. I came here for a girls night and when we got in, they were limiting people in each room and our group got split up. We kept trying to explain we were all together (5) people and they wouldn't let 3 of us go into the other room. Once we eventually could squeeze by, the back room bartenders were rude. They repeatedly had to ask for the order, acting like they were making the drinks, and then serving other people. It felt completely not worth it, I would not recommend this at night. The cocktails are overpriced for the taste, I've never tried any bites here.
I'm visiting from California and I went there yesterday
I'm visiting from California and I went there yesterday February 5th i also went the previous day I loved the ambiance and food it's really nice but wow our server was so rude as I'm sitting down my brother in law says hey how are you to the server since she was extremely quiet and was super weird. She goes "What" to my brother in law then he goes oh I was just saying hi she responds "okay" Super rude and awkward no hi how are you where is the customer service? The whole time she looked extremely annoyed to even service the whole experience was just bizarre!
A beautiful atmosphere with a wide variety of whiskey
A beautiful atmosphere with a wide variety of whiskey options and pretty good food too. We enjoyed everything we were served, but the portions were oddly minuscule. I had the veggie smash burger. It was delicious, but smaller than the palm of my hand, and came out on a plate looking sad with nothing else on it. When the waitress returned to check on us, I ordered fries since I didn't realize that nothing else came with the veggie burger. My friend ordered the French toast. Again, very tasty, but essentially it is a single, thick piece of bread with some cream cheese filling stuffed inside of it. For drinks, I ordered a Guinness and my friend ordered an Irish coffee -- pretty standard. The Guinness was poured sloppily and was dripping down the sides of the glass. The Irish coffee didn't even look right, but tasted okay. The final insult was when the waitress tried to take away my beer glass while there was still beer in it. Oh goodness, please do not do that!

Staff was extremely rude to my party from the moment we walked through the doors all the way up until leaving.
Terrible service
We loved the decor, vibe and drinks, but sadly didn’t get chance to try the food given the hostility and ignorance of the serving staff. Upon arrival, a security guard immediately demanded our ID (despite both myself and my partner ageing nearly 30 & the venue being almost empty on a Monday evening). It then turned out the front of house was stood next to him, and he also made no attempt to greet us or offer to help us find the table we had booked. Once inside, we ended up finding a table ourselves, but saw a sign to speak to staff regarding seating. All the staff, other than a lady behind the bar, were huddled chatting and also made no attempt to help when I was wandering around looking to grab someone’s attention. After resorting to waiting at the bar to get the attention of the barmaid, she instructed me to speak to the front of house (the gentleman who ignored us at the entrance). Embarrassingly, I then had to go back outside to ask the front of house if we’re were ok to sit at the table we had found, and also enquire about the process of ordering. The gentleman was extremely blunt and appeared irritated throughout it the whole interaction. Once sat, we ordered our drinks which arrived promptly and were delicious - it seemed like things were getting better after an uncomfortable start. But sadly we then spent the next hour politely attempting to catch the attention of every single member of serving staff, so we could order food - not a single person acknowledged us, all of them avoided eye contact, and two members of staff physically ignored me when spoken to. We’ve never felt so unwanted and awkward in a venue, so unfortunately we ended up leaving after one drink and found a much more accommodating establishment down the road. Truly shocked & disappointed.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

When it says working on bid, it means there are people looking to fill it.
