Trattoria Da Cesare al Casaletto Roma Reviews from The Last Year
Delicious food.
Although the restaurant was packed and a bit stuffy and hot. Friendly service, close to train to take you to downtown Rome
Hands down one of the best restaurants we ate in throughout
Hands down one of the best restaurants we ate in throughout our trip to Italy. It's the perfect place to avoid flocks of tourists and dine amongst locals, probably because of its location out of the city center. Everything you order is delicious - from the pastas to the beef stew. While I'm tempted to gate keep, I have nothing else to say but to put Da Cesare at the top of your list! Be sure to reserve and ask to be seated outside not inside.

Finally got here and this instantly became one of our very favorites in Rome. The fried gnocchi in pecorino sauce was amazing, but to me the biggest stars of the apps were the incredible eggplant croquettes and absolutely perfect anchovies in olive oil. On the pasta front, the cacio pepe here is probably our favorite anywhere, and the gricia is definitely near the top of the list -- comparable in terms of quality to the one we had at Tavernaccia the night before, but with crispier guanciale. We also got a margherita pizza, but we'd probably skip that next time.

Highly recommended by the conceirge at the Cavalieri and it did not disappoint. While off the beaten path it is well worth the trip to this primarily local spot. We split various appetizers including the calamari, the prosciutto and melon and bufala mozzerella to name a few. I had the carbonara which was exactly how it should be prepared; with plenty of guinciale. Everyone else loved their entrees which ranged from the famous fried gnocchi with pecorino cream (excellent!) to the pizzas. The local red paired well with everything and the desserts were also quite good. Our server spoke English very well and was friendly and engaging the entire time. The owner also came over to check on us which was a nice touch. Everyone agreed this was one of the best restaurants we visited in our many trips to Rome.

The site doesn't have resources to properly execute a reservation transfer. Some places allow it however the best bet is to open a chat on the listing from the seller and communicate there

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
