Well first impressions do count! 1. I booked a pick up from the airport through the hotel. It wasn't there to collect me and when I rang the driver I was told to make my way out to the road and wait there - which i did, I waited, and then eventually the driver came past. 2. I got to the hotel, no member of staff offered to help with my luggage - they didn't even smile. 3. As. a diamond member I'd been offered a e -upgrade, which was paid for, they didn't tell me as I checked in that had happened - but it was for a quiet room on a higher floor 4. The room was noisy - a rooftop bar opposite - I went down to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel - they said they didn't have one but would try to sort it the next day - they never did. 5. the bed is lumpy - like a milliion people have slept on it So I decided to cut my 6 nights at the WA down to 2. I checked out. I found the hotel vibe is uncomfortable and unfriendly. The good points - the two stars are for staff members Rachenda and David who were kind and helpful. There is no need to be so sterlile in your service just because you are high end! I won't be back.
