YaYas Euro Bistro in Denver Centennial Reviews from The Last Year
The patio was amazing along with the service.
Order Tom's spinach salad with scallops!!!!! Yummy!

The goods: great patio, nice ambiance inside, and truly exceptional service with the veteran waiter we had (although I was glad we didn't have the surly woman with 5 pens clipped to her shirt.) The food though: carbonara with chicken, cream, peas, and bacon!!! If Rome knew, they might nuke this place. Typical of American versions of "upscale" Italian 10 or even 20 years ago. The "wild boar bolognese" with house made pasta was ok, but the giant cold burrata on top was nonsensical, the pasta slightly undercooked and with an odd bitter flour-y aftertaste (from being undercooked). And the sauce was chunky/crunchy, made cold from the 1/2 lb cold burrata spilled on top of it. Bologna would be angrier than Rome (bolognese should be cooked into blissful, smooth textured oblivion. And hot! No burrata.) This is a nice little place that's been around forever in a weird corner of Denver geared to travelers and business folks. It's fine. But judged by most objective standards, it's in real need of reconsideration and an update.
Came to YaYa's on multiple business lunch occasions.
Be warned- you'll want a reservation (yes, even for lunch)- it gets busy and if you don't have one, you might be SOL.... I ordered the salmon my first visit; it was alright. The veggies were a bit over-cooked. It wasn't super memorable... I didn't end up paying, but I don't think it was worth the $35. Second time, I got a flatbread, which was good (kinda what you'd expect? not knock my socks off, but good). If you get to choose, would recommend sitting outside on the patio facing the pond.
Last night we went to Yaya's bistro.
The food always is exceptional and last night was no different. We had an amazing server named Adam and we enjoyed the salmon cakes as an appetizer we had espresso martinis. I ordered my usual chicken Cobb salad and my friend, ordered the crispy chicken salad. Everything was right on point. The atmosphere warms my heart because it was my mother's favorite restaurant and I always would go with her and eat lunch! Adam went above and beyond and took care of us like no other waiter has ever taken care of me before. I want to make sure his manager knows what an incredible server he is. I do know that he has waited on myself and my mother before she passed away about 3 1/2 or four years ago. the fact that we shared common interest in a house in Winfield Kansas that I grew up next to made things especially enjoyable last night! I highly recommend Yaya's over any other bistro, In Wichita hands-down the absolute best!

Great brunch on Sunday with a variety of choices on the buffet and some made to order items. The server was really busy and we had to remind him to get our mimosas and then he forgot to put in our omelette orders. He was very kind though and tried to make it up to us with extra mimosa pours. The restaurant is beautiful but very busy and loud. Not a great place for an intimate brunch, but definitely worth it!
The hummus and veggies starter was outstanding.
I ordered the filet and it was delicious. My colleague ordered the YaYa's Cioppino with homemade noodles - this was terrible. No flavor, didn't look appealing and the homemade pasta was a doughy blob. I had a fantastic meal and experience, I can't same the same for my colleague. Come and order the filet, Brussels sprouts and hummus! Avoid that pasta dish - get the dessert!
botched bday at YaYa's is a NO-NO on 4/28/24.
.. i never met a crème brulee that i didn't like until i went to NoNo's... liquid and chunky very poor quality. worse yet we were promised a complementary dessert for the birthday girl and then we were charged for it....super disappointed!! the water was good! surprisingly!! lamb shank($45) very small portion, dry = over baked(?), Lasagna and Shrimp Linguini all three very very sweet tasting WHY? what happened to basic salt/pepper and garlic OR Sweet and Savory?? Asked our server re sweet taste on everything and got ignored!! Gyro pizza was all lettuce a very very little gyro meat! come on man!! Roasted chick was ok Adult Bev selection was nice ... the monkey shoulder whiskey was a good pour and so was the glass of cab. i should've stuck with the alcohol!! i will never return and will pass the word ambiance on a Sunday eve was like a senior care center. if you want to experience YaYa's ... Sunday is a NO-NO
This place is just OK.
It's a beautiful restaurant, but the menu is subpar. Garlic overload on some dishes and the wild boar pasta dish was not flavorful. Everyone around us got bread except for us. The service was pretty slow and the music didn't match the setting. It was club music

Several years had passed since we'd joined YaYa's for brunch and Easter seemed like a good opportunity since we had enjoyed this in the past. We were a bit concerned given spotty reviews through the past year, yet were very happy with the newly remodeled and welcoming space, the prompt and pleasant service, and delicious, high-quality buffet we had come to appreciate. If you've enjoyed a YaYa's brunch before, it will be familiar and still includes a table of salads and appetizers with dishes such as smoked salmon, baked brie, hummus, fresh fruit, and shrimp cocktail. There is a nice array of breakfast foods with wonderful thick-sliced bacon, sausage, potatoes, eggs and the like, as well as the opportunity for made-to-order eggs benedict, pancakes (order the blueberry - so good!) and French toast. Savoury dishes also abound - I believe there was baked ziti, chicken marsala, and perhaps another entree, as well as delicious roasted prime rib served with au jus and horseradish. They also had ham available. Dessert choices were plentiful yet perhaps less impressive - there were two cheesecake options, each having ice crystals inside, carrot cake, creme brulee, brownies, and other sweets. If you enjoy a bloody mary or mimosa, bottomless options are offered. All in all, a very good visit!
Excellent catering experience.
I wish I had added falafel's though. No pics but, it was delicious.
So yummy we will return.
Parking was a challenge. We will walk next time. Love the menu & pricing.
Had a wonderful lunch with my brother and sister-in-law
Had a wonderful lunch with my brother and sister-in-law this past Saturday, food was great although my brothers order got incorrectly prepared two times. The manager was amazing though! He came over and apologized immediately, was super nice and comped our meal. Of course we tipped our wonderful waitress, Very appreciative of the wonderful service, food, and the manager for being so generous. Will definitely be going back.
YaYa's Sunday breakfast buffet is just ok.
Long wait to be seated. Food is undewhelming. The Sunday Breakfast Buffet at the Inverness Hottel is so much better.
We hosted an engagement party at YaYa's and it was the best
We hosted an engagement party at YaYa's and it was the best decision. We wanted somewhere that had a private event space, but with the energy of an upscale, larger restaurant. YaYa's had the perfect room for us. We worked with Adam and Kyle to coordinate this experience and they helped us think through every detail. We also got an incredible server - Tom - who was super patient with our group! He was attentive to each guest we had and didn't miss a beat. The service was quick. The food was incredible. We ordered family style so the group tried almost everything on the menu. The bruschetta, gnocchi, and burrata stood out as far as appetizers go. For the main dishes, everyone was raving about the lobster tail risotto. Their filet mignon was a hit and perfectly cooked. Everything was bursting with flavors that just complemented each other. We can't thank you all enough!
Other options are available in the area.
Food was average and pricey. People who travel know airport food tends to be expensive. We spent about half at DIA the next day for better tasting food.
Not for Europeans
It was fine. The food was fine. The service was too much. Probably acceptable for American people but too much for anyone from a European country. I wouldn’t go back.
April Was The Best
We had not been to YaYas in quite a while and on a whim decided we should go. We are thrilled we did! and we’ll go back again sooner than later. Our dining experience was thoroughly heightened by our server, April. She was knowledgeable and very playful - she helped us with our entrees and we were not disappointed. Linda had the Scallops and I went with the Seafood Tagiatelle. Both fabulous choices. April engaged us in conversations and absolutely led us to some of best Crème Broule we have ever had. Thanks to the chef and to April for a marvelous evening of dining delight!
Sad, tired restaurant
I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for many years. Sad to say I will never go back. The food has become average and overpriced. The waitress ignored us and fawned over other customers. It’s become a sad, tired place.

I believe this site to be a fraud. I paid $158 to get a reservation. Now they want my SS # and other private details in order to supposedly repay me.
