They cut over the air antenna cables so now have no local channels. They ripped out the ground wire and never grounded the new box. Left a coil of fiberoptic cable laying on the roof. Left their trash in the bed on the roof and outside. Sat around watching videos and killing time while blocking access in and out of the house only moving when asked when clearly it was impossible to get by. They obviously were on some kind of power trip even unwilling to talk to the woman of the house instead kept talking to the male visitor as if women could not understand or make decisions on her service that she herself requested. They were rude, dirty, foul language to include the loud video's they were sharing with each other in the small porch and i side the bedroom while sitting in the bed as if they were in their own home. This was all in Puerto Rico. Had this been in the states they would have been fired. Claro does not give a damn about it's customers as long as they get $$$$. Also the coil in the roof is probably several hundred feet long and we expect that it will wind up all over the neighborhood in the next storm. When reached out to customer service the person was pretty dismissive and said they will make a note if it while providing zero corrective action.
