Filthy
Not often moved to write reviews about chain restaurants, but what a dump this place is. Table dirty when we were seated, food residue on the menus, litter on the floor and toilet bins overflowing with rubbish (including used nappies). This was for an early lunch visit (11:30am), so not even the excuse that it was busy and it was at the end of a long shift.

Can I give 7 stars? Cause Nando’s is fantastic everywhere! There’s no occasion I’ve found Nando’s less than just fantastic. Absolutely one of my few fav places.

Could be better in terms of cleanliness
Visited Nando’s Liverpool one on 20/02/2024. at arrival I asked a member of staff if I could be seated in a quieter area of the restaurant. due to my friend having a disability we had to be seated somewhere suitable. this particular section was closed off for the evening. the manager allowed us to be seated in this area. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I ordered the chicken wrap ( double ) with peri tamer and a slice of cheese. I opted for one side and decided on spicy rice. while waiting for the meal to arrive I noticed the table beside me hadn’t been cleared. given the circumstances of the sitting area being closed. I understood this. I went to the toilet and noticed toilet paper on the floor in both cubicles. see attached pictures. I noticed multiple tables that had not been cleared. these tables were outside of the closed area. this was at 840PM the restaurant is open until 10PM. When I spoke with the manager he blamed the fact members of the public are able to access the toilets with the location being L1 he is unable to stop members of the public from using the toilets. and in regards to the uncleared tables his response was the tables will be cleared when the restaurant is closed in just over an hours time. the state of Nando’s Liverpool One during this visit was surprising as I have visited many times previously and have never experienced it like this. Disappointing on this occasion
Excellent Service and Food
We didn’t have a booking and therefore we waited less than 5 mins to be seated which wasn’t a big deal since we understood that the restaurant is occasionally busy, the server was very nice to us and gave us the instructions as it was our first time visiting the restaurant. The food was great and bottomless soft drinks were worth as you could drink as many glasses as you want. Definitely worth it and would visit again.
Mixed experience at nandos
I recently dined at Nando's and had a bit of a mixed experience. Our waitress, Hadil, was an absolute delight—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our meal. However, our positive impression took a hit when we encountered a rude manager. My brother's half-chicken leg was undercooked, with a noticeable pink hue. While a remake was promptly provided, the manager's condescending attitude about the issue left us disappointed. It wasn't my brother's fault, yet the handling of the situation lacked the expected courtesy. Despite the manager's demeanor, Hadil's exceptional service somewhat compensated for the setback. It's a shame that a single encounter affected an otherwise enjoyable visit to Nando's.
Awful customer service and lukewarm food
Luke warm food -the only food that was hot was the corn on the cob. The chicken wrap was cold so I told the waitress who picked it off my plate with a napkin and took it away ! Couldn’t believe she didn’t remove the plate and replace it with hot food! The Mac cheese was ok but not hot, as was the mash potato. Other diners sat by us couldn’t believe the wrap was removed off my late with a napkin! Never experienced such poor customer service anywhere.
DONT DO IT! Go to the clubhouse L1. Awful COLD reheated chicken.
COLD FOOD. COLD CHICKEN. DONT GO HERE. For £2 extra go over to the club house L1 and get REAL food, cooked FRESH! Don’t need to write anymore… nandos is a glorified McDonald’s.. only McDonald’s is better. Don’t bother! We walked out after asking for a refund for all our cold food, wilted lettuce, freezing cold chips, half frozen wrap… I don’t understand why a chicken restaurant half cooks their chicken, throws it in a draw under the bbq and then finishes off the cooking to char on a bbq and still can’t get it to the correct temperature?!? VOM.
What a joke
An utter joke went in just after dinner stood there for quite some time before anyone even came over to greet us there was plenty of tables in there that just needed clearing and a wipe which would of catered for the que that had formed it took 3 staff to swipe up one broken glass why could of been dealing with there customers there was a total of 3 people clearing 1 on the door and how many staff cooking or waiting for the food to go out. To be then taken to a table where the air con is on and is just blowing out cold air it’s the middle off winter. It’s embarrassing for customers to have to sit with there coats on cause it’s that cold. Not to mention all the tables near the window that weren’t in use but ok to keep people waiting. Mentioning to a waiter that is really cold to him to look at you with a blank expression and turn away to wipe a table. This is just ridiculous and a joke.

Went here after going to junkyard golf. It’s a very large restaurant and we were seated straight away. Very helpful and friendly staff, and food was made quickly and to the usual high quality. You always know what your getting with Nando’s food and it was delicious as ever. Brilliant.

Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
