Exceptional Service and Varied Menu Choices at Nawaab
Great food and a wide variety of options to choose from! The service from the waiters was honestly fantastic, especially Usman who was incredibly helpful and checked on us regularly. The service and food were top-notch, earning a solid 9/10. Even the cooks behind the counters were delightful, with good humor and friendliness. The starters and desserts could use some improvement, but I'm confident Nawaab can work on that. Overall, the service was exceptional, and I would definitely recommend it!
Free meal for special Kid.
Excellent place and food no doubt. I visited with my family one of my son is special (Autism). I was really surprised when waiter come to and told in my ear is your son is special that whybwe will not charge for him. Wow it is fantastic.
Disgusting!
Avoid at all costs. Website says no bookings for parties under 8, came on Saturday for dinner, reception were so rude, we had an hour and a half wait, where we stood in the lobby freezing as waiting room was packed. Food was definitely not worth the wait, was disgusting. My mum had a hair in her rice and there was hair on the tongs to get naan… gross!! Staff didn’t care when told about this. You can’t have a jug of water for the table, honestly most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of. The place was rammed and music was so loud, not relaxing at all. For the price, the food is not up to par, let alone the experience you get. Treated like animals. Never again. Staff are awful as well, they don’t care. NSF need to take a visit, they’d be shut. Gross!
Would not return
I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant after hearing great things. Unfortunately my experience was far from enjoyable. We went for a Mother’s Day dinner and could barely hear each other talk. The restaurant itself is loud and chaotic. The carpets are absolutely filthy. Most of the staff are abrupt and unhelpful. Some of the food was very tasty but all dishes were excessively oily and have left me feeling unwell the following day. There are much nicer buffet options locally in Ealing and Greenford. I will not be returning.
Good experience, great food
Food was great. Lots of variety to choose from. The desserts were exceptional, and service was good. Would come back here again for special occasions. We went at 1pm on a Sunday and it wasn't too busy so we were seated straightaway.

Bad service
I have never left a review but I felt this was absolutely necessary. Yesterday I attended a wedding I was told there was disabled parking onsite, on arrival I was allowed to pull into the disabled parking of load my family and then told to take my car to the basement which is around 200yards from the restaurant. I informed the staff that I am disabled I cannot walk the distance, I was told there are 3 weddings and they are very busy even though there was 3 disabled parking spaces available. 1 off the parking space had a traffic cone blocking the space so technically there was 4. I am appalled and disgusted how I was made to move my car and not have use of the disabled parking spot. I noticed cars that were parked in disabled spots not having disabled badges. I will be reporting this to the local council and planning department. I was made to feel very unwelcome and my disability made a joke off. I would urge the management to train the car park staff to allow disabled badge holders to park on site with out discretion and on a first come first serve basis, and not to hold parking places for there friends and staff. This is no place for disabled people as you will be treated like an inconvenience. Very sad this ruined my evening.
Extraordinary
A wonderful restaurant for Asian awadhi cuisines in the middle of a busy English town. The staff is so well trained and knowledgeable about dishes. Our clients had only praises for the way they organised our party. I would recommend Royal Nawaab to everyone, whether you are single, a couple of a party of 300 (like us) they don’t compromise on service, taste and atmosphere.
Improved as compared to before
Excellent . Service has been improved as well as food. Charsi Karachi and kadu halwa was new items along with garlic nan. Well done Please keep less spices in charsi karhi , as you feel something on tongue. Might star seeds etc . The rest was excellent. Garlic nan was good but slightly more brown should. Gajjar halwa was better and more fried this time . Better I been to nawab 150 times since 2014. Above comment for your improvement. Fried fish alway good but make pieces slightly bigger. Seekh kebab - cook it on slow heat instead of cooking fast. Lamb chops was cooked better this time. I visited on 2nd December 2023 and above comment for that day.
