Amazing service today from Shane!
Lunch today was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing, I got the chilli squid and the tofu raisukaree curry (gluten free and delicious). The food was quick and fresh, and tasted amazing. We were served by Shane who was absolutely wonderful and attentive, they were so friendly and a pleasure to meet!

Went to have dinner with my friend and we had the LOVELIEST time. I had the matcha strawberry latte (new on the menu) and it was YUMMY. I ordered the chilli squid and the bang bang cauliflower and both were *chefs kiss*😗🤌🏽 HIGHLY recommend, both are super flavoursome. Our server was the lovely Shane! They were amazing and set such a lovely tone for the whole dining experience, very welcoming and friendly. Had a really wonderful conversation with them and they really made our day with that interaction 🥰 We will definitely be back again 💖
Lunch visit
Popped in for lunch with a friend - we were on a time crunch so we very much appreciated the quick service. The food was delicious, especially the duck donburi. Always a pleasure.
Poor service, rude female member of staff and Disgusting toilets
Service was slow and we were ignored after our food came. The food itself was nice but took ages to come, whilst i know the food comes at different times, some of us had been finished for a good 15 minutes before the rest of the mains came out. We waited for ages to get the bill as we could not get anyones attention and the servers were ignoring our table. We were then given the bill by u rude female staff member who after paying snatched the car machine off me and threw our individual receipts across the table at us. This particular female member of staff (short, petite woman of south asian heritage) was incredibly rude throughout our dinner and interrupted us rudely many times taking sauces off our table slamming them back down while we were trying to talk to one and other. I must say the state of the women's toilets was also extremely poor- they were incredibly tatty. Is there no cleaning schedule? Staff should be checking the toilets are clean and presentable; its such a basic concept! Lets hope you can sort out the cleaning (or lack thereof!)

What a lovely first experience of Wagamamas with my daughter today. Wonderful food and the service we had from Shane is what made it so special. Nothing too much trouble, helpful, quick and just made us feel so welcome and looked after. Definitely coming back again. Thank you Shane.
Awful service
Went with girlfriend for our birthday meal. Ordered and was told meals would possibly come at different times which we accepted. Mine came out so I waited about 5 minutes for second meal it didn’t arrive so I followed orders and started eating so it didn’t go cold. The other meal eventually arrive about 10 minutes after I’d finished my meal. Which was disgusting give the waiter his due he comped one of the meals. Didn’t really help though accept one meal could arrive a few minutes before the other but 20 minutes is a joke. Will never go back

We came to Wagamama as a group of 11 for a meal and had such a great time! Massive shoutout to Shane who was super kind and helpful with walking us through everything and helping out whenever we had any questions. Great food and big thanks to the staff for being so helpful.

Slow and cold food and rude patronising manager
Shoved in an out of the way corner at the back despite mobility issues. Most food arrived after a normal length wait, but one main I had to ask for having watched those who ordered after us get their food. Food was cold, although manager insisted it hadn't waited on the side for ages. Coincidence that it was ready as soon I chased it. He also tried to tell me it was supposed to be cold. It is a dish I've had before. I know what it should be like and don't appreciate patronising mansplaining. Still had to pay full for a substandard dish. That manager has an attitude problem
