Fantastic experience, from valet to seating to service to food. Went for anniversary and had a leisurely dinner. Service was impeccable. โBobโ was attentive, friendly, but not over top. Food was the best - steal was perfect, lobster tails were
This is our go to special occasion/event restaurant.
Food is delicious and plentiful! Go there hungry. Sure - it's a bit pricey, but it's worth it. We got the seafood tower for 2 and salads. Lobster was perfect as was everything else!
Disappointed.
Our server gave us the run down of specials for breast cancer month, our friend got a cocktail and it was $19, and my wine (that went to towards breast cancer donation) was $50 for one glass?! And only $1 went towards donation!!! Idk why I feel like
Truffle fries are too salty.
They surprised me with a complimentary birthday crรจme brรปlรฉe however. Steaks and crab cakes were good. Oysters were on the small side most likely not in season. Meal was tasty and fun- a nice family event.

The service and ambiance are wonderful as are the sides but the steak is of poor quality. Full of gristle and hard to even cut through. I have had better at Outback and Longhorn for a fraction of the price. I highly suggest they change their butcher
Nikki was an excellent server.

The worst $300.00 diner we have ever had. Dont go. Poor steakhouse! Steak not done right, returned to the kitchen. Waiter Josh was good. Open kitchen to much joking around by the staff. We not return!!
Great Steak for Birthday Celebration
Celebrated my husbandโs birthday here and they did a very nice job. They had a celebration card on the table waiting for us. The server was amazing. Her name was Valerie. The steaks were cooked perfectly. I definitely recommend the Cajun spice rib

My husband and I have been to Morton's multiple times for date nights and work parties and this was honestly the worst experience we've ever had. We asked our waiter about selecting a red wine and he said he would be back in "20 secon
Awesome food and service! We will definitely be back.
Everything was perfect! We ordered filet minion, lobster, bread, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Had a perfect date night this weekend at Morton's.
We started with an espresso martini and a house pinot noir. We had a wedge and house chopped salad for our first course. The honey mustard Vinaigrette on the house chopped salad is unreal! Then we had two filets which were seasoned so well and the si
Service was very slow.
Ordered a bottle of wine and it took 20 minutes for it to be brought out by the manager. Server was hard to track down, table next to us had to yell out to her to get her attention. Food items were not available. Salads were swimming in dressing. Mea
Always good food and service.
My husband and I go to Morton's in every city that we visit. My go to is the crab cakes or the Chicken Christopher. My husband is the steak person. We are never disappointed. The food and the service is always top notch. It's also always a

Although the location, host station and our meal were great, you pay extra for the service. Our server was beyond anything we have ever experienced dining in high end restaurants for two decades. Uttering an expletive when you politely request he wai

Had car rans a Credit by valet service mortons offered. They said it was our fault and would not up to it. They are the ones hiring/offering th we service! Also service was slow.
Very good overall, 7.5/10.0
Great food but very expensive. The chicken Christopher was amazing in a light cream sauce with two thighs-boneless, and the green beans, though a bit bland, were an excellent compliment. Score: 7.5/10.0
Outstanding steaks and more!
Outstanding experience - from the minute we arrived we were treated like valued guests. We have visited several of their restaurants in other cities and this one did not disappoint. Gi-nor-mous shrimp cocktail was fresh, pink cocktail was perfect a

Sat at the bar and enjoyed the conversation with the other patrons. Service could have been a little quicker but bartender was hanging around the other end of the bar socializing with her back to me. When it was time to leave I paid with cash and the
My wife and I went to Morton's for a Valentines Day weekend.
We left very disappointed after spending $220 on dinner. She ordered the Sea Bass and I order the Filet with Loberster Tail. The Filet was cooked perfect, but the tail was very dry and over cooked. My wife's Sea Bass was not cooked through and was
Morton's is a great place.
Such a good experience with the waitress. The food was good I just didn't think it was anything worth the price. But the experience was worth it.

Best bone in ribeye steak I've ever had, we were there to celebrate my daughter's 14th birthday. The service was pretty good, even though our server was in the weeds and kept forgetting small things, lol. I was in the industry for 5 years so I unders
Ordered the bacon wrapped scallops, as an appetizer.
Very good! I ordered lamb chops. These were very good and probably the best, I have ever had. Chicken Christopher was ordered as well. This was excellant. Very nice restraunt and the waiter Rick, made it a very enjoyable experience. For dessert we ha
Service was good, my Cajun ribeye was absolutely horrendous.
$68 and it was the toughest and most dry steak I have eaten in a long time in a restaurant. If they are going to serve dog food, they should charge $9.99 and still would be cheating their customer's. I don't send food back cause why waste the food.
We had an amazing dinner here.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved upon but overall everything was delicious and our server Joe 2 was very accommodating.& friendly.

First was lied to when called in to see if we could get a hash brown the day before... . Asked manager why we couldn't get it and he said he'd look into it... and never returned. 1 out of the 3 steaks was cooked wrong 3 times, the third time i just
Disappointing, microwaved, sub par food.
Disappointing. Our server was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. The atmosphere was dated but pretty. The food was disappointing. We ordered filets and they were overcooked, burnt on the edges. They were not creatively charred, they were bu

Avoid this place
25 years ago, this was the closest place to a Heavenly meal and formal environment. Last night stunk. The $54 filets had no taste. Mine was overcooked. The side was very spicy despite our server suggesting it was mild. There was a 10 year old running

I love fine dining and I appreciate the privilege to be able to go out to eat. That being said I've been here twice. First time was mid week and we practically had the place to ourselves, it was great. Steaks cut like butter and service was excellent
I was actually super excited to come here.
I made a reservation for a birthday for a small group. From the start, our service was immediately slow from the delayed greet, to the delayed water, to the impossibly slow drinks (that also all came out at different times despite being ordered toget
Worst Mortons experience by far.
My husband and I consider Mortons to be one of our favorite restaurants and had a horrible experience at the Cleveland location. We have dined at other locations, primarily Pittsburgh and have had mostly good experiences. We were seated with no menus
Very good food.
I had the surf and turf. Staff was friendly considering our reservation was right before close. Nice setting for an upscale dinner.

Excellent waiter, very attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to handle even one of our dumber requests. Steaks and sides were good. Most of the bartenders are knowledgeable, friendly, and patient.

Reservations on open table.
Arrived early. No Valet. No Valet at nearby hotel. No street parking. No close garage suggestions. Hostess unconcerned and dismissive. No care in the world about it. Need to carry to dine at Morton's ??!!! Ok. Tried to schedule a weekday on open
Wonderful protein!
My wife and I both had filets. Most succulent. Service was wonderful even though it was busy. Great wine list.
